OFFICE & TRAINING
Our corporate office and training center in Sugar Hill, Georgia, a Metro-Atlanta area. Our Georgia and Florida operations are run from this location. Our Broker is dedicated to helping agents gain the confidence to succeed in the real estate industry through training. We hold classes, training sessions, and seminars at the corporate office, as well as off site locations. Free classes are available to all our Agents, including some accredited continuing education courses to gain credits towards an Agent’s license requirements.
REAL STEPS ON-LINE SCHOOL
Our broker in developing a real estate training site that will be operational this Spring/Summer 2008, called www.realsteps.info. You can visit it now for a preview. The site has a focus of concentrating on the legal and contract aspects of real estate transactions. Did you ever wonder what should be put in a blank on a contract, and why? This site will take all the guess work out of real estate contract paperwork. With a library full of tools and answers, as well as real life examples, this site will be a valuable tool for any agent.
